Refund policy

1. All products that are proved(please refers 2. ) to be damaged during shipping, can be returned and full refund.

2. Check your package and shoot an unpack video at time your product arrive and don't sign for it if the product is damaged. And if it's damaged, please notice the shipping company(1.800.Go.FedEx or 1.800.463.3339) right away on the day you receive the product.

3. All products(except for sales items) can be returned for store credit within 7 days upon arrival. Please note that the customer needs to be responsible for shipping fee & international tax fee.

4.Store credits can be used in the next purchase while can be only used for up to $120 at a time.
